By browsing our website, placing an order, booking a tasting, or entering our Westlands lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept them, please refrain from using our services.

We may revise these terms from time to time as our offering evolves. The version published on this page is the version in force. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, place an order, or book a private tasting. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock shortages. Where an order is cancelled, you will be refunded in full.

Prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping fees, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before payment.

A contract of sale forms only once we have confirmed your order by email. Until that point, no obligation arises on either side.

Fragrance is a deeply personal art. We make every effort to describe each composition accurately, but scent perception varies from one person to the next, and we cannot guarantee that any particular fragrance will suit you. We recommend a discovery set or a private session before committing to a full bottle.

Our products are intended for external use only. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please patch-test before wearing. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. We are not liable for adverse reactions arising from individual sensitivity.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Feel Nzuri Lounge, its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Kenyan consumer law.
